Kim is a best selling author and an international fire service speaker and training instructor. She is the owner of Fire Presentations, offering a variety of training sessions and keynote presentations for fire departments, districts, and conferences all over the world.
Kim has been a featured presenter at FDIC Indiana, FDIC West, Firehouse World, Firehouse Baltimore, Firehouse Central, Fire Rescue Conference,
Women in the Fire Service Conference, and Fire Tech Reno.
Kim is also a contributing author to fire magazines like Firehouse World and Firehouse Life. Kim holds a bachelors degree in management and a masters degree in organizational management.
Kim is the author of ten books including the best-seller "How to Deal With Annoying People" (with Bob Phillips, Ph.D.), "Discover your Inner Strength" (with contributors Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard, and Brian Tracy), and "101 Leadership Reminders."
