Kim is a best selling author and a national fire service speaker and training instructor. She is the owner of Fire Presentations, offering a variety of training sessions and keynote presentations for fire departments, districts, and conferences all over the United States.

Kim has been a featured presenter at FDIC Indiana, FDIC West, Firehouse World, Firehouse Baltimore, Firehouse Central, Fire Rescue Conference,
Women in the Fire Service Conference, and Fire Tech Reno.

Kim is also a contributing author to fire magazines life Firehouse World and Firehouse Life. Kim holds a bachelors degree in management and a masters degree in organizational management.
